I read a book about a very naughty dog that does a lot of things, he should not. This book was written by John Grogan and drawn by Richard Cowdry. This book is also a movie with Jennifer Anniston and Owen Wilson called Marley and Me.

About 15,000 years ago in the Middle East, the first domesticated wolves are said to have existed. Evidence shows that it may have happened even earlier than that.
In America, the first dogs are said to have crossed from Siberia to Alaska. It takes about five generations to domesticate dogs.
Dog Craft
If you have a puppy, get scraps of fabric or a cut-up t-shirt that is cut into three long strips. Tie it off on one end and braid it. Tie it off on the other end and toss it to puppers.
Game
Doggie, Doggie Where's Your Bone
Need:
Bone (you can use a stick, rock, eraser)
Blindfold
Join hands to make a circle and then sit down. Choose a child to be "it." Put the blindfold on the child. Place the bone on the floor behind the child.
Choose another child to steal the bone and hide it behind the back,
The kids all sing
Doggie, Doggie where's your bone? Somebody stole it from your home. Doggie, doggie who stole your bone?
All the children are to keep their arms behind their backs. The doggie has three guesses. if all three are wrong the child with the bone says "I stole the bone!"
Math
"New research suggests that dogs are not only smarter than you might think — they’re capable of doing something many humans aren’t so great at: math. Turns out dogs have a propensity for numbers similar to that of baby humans and other primates, finds a study published this week in the journal Biology Letters."
If you have a pet, you and your pet can work together to do a little double-digit math!
